What are the opening hours of your shops?
We gear our shop opening times to the needs of our customers. The Central/Mega stores of Perfumes & Cosmetics at Terminal 1, 2 and 3 operate round the clock, while the other stores open at 06:30, in time for the first passengers of the day arriving through Passport Control. The stores close at 01:30, after the last outbound passengers have passed through to their departure gates.
Who's entitled to buy our products?
Anyone travelling from Changi Airport to a destination outside Singapore may purchase our tax and duty-free products. Items sold in our stores are exempted from Goods & Service Tax (GST) and other taxes & duties.
There are a few countries that limit the volumes of perfumes and cosmetics that can be imported by travellers by air. For further details, please see the import provisions for your planned destination or ask any of our sales staff.
What's the advantage of buying goods in a tax and duty-free shop?
Buying duty-free items means that you save on GST and other taxes & duties. That makes the price of these items unbeatably low. At the same time we offer some of the world's best-known brands and various exclusive products only available at airport stores.

How can I place a pre-order?
Pre-ordering is currently available for international flights departing from/arriving to Singapore Changi Airport. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you pre-order meet all Duty Free Allowances for your destination. Check the allowances according to your destination.
Please note that you can only order online more than 72 hours before your flight departure.
1. Register with us online.
2. Add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
3. Follow the steps through check-out and fill in the flight and customer information.
4. Confirm your purchase and print the order acknowledgement. The order acknowledgement will also be sent to you by e-mail.
5. Pick up your products at your preferred Perfumes & Cosmetics stores before you fly/when you land. See where under “Pick-up point”
Can I change or cancel a pre-order?
Yes, changes to your pre-order are permitted up to a minimum of 72 hours prior to departure date. Just log in with your username and password, go to "My Pre-orders" where your current pre-order will be displayed, and press "change pre-order". You will then be able to modify your shopping cart and add other items to it.
To cancel your order, log in with your username and password, go to "My Pre-orders" where your current pre-order will be displayed, and press "cancel pre-order". Your order will then be cancelled.
Can I re-order a product without having to browse the catalogue again?
Yes. Log in to your account, go to “Previous History”, select what you would like to re-order, and your old order will be displayed. You will be able to choose all items from that order or modify it to your wishes. It’s that simple!
What if a product is sold out?
Please note that your order will not be assembled until 48 hours prior to your departure.
From time to time, products may not be available due to stock issues or security requirements. If one of your ordered items at that time is sold out, you will be contacted by one of our employees by e-mail.
Please note that due to Customs regulations, purchases not collected prior to your flight cannot be delivered to you.
How soon must I place an order?
Nuance-Watson Singapore must receive your order at least 72 hours before your flight departure.
What currency are the prices in?
The prices quoted online are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are deemed correct at time of upload.
Prices quoted fluctuate monthly in accordance to currency movements as this is regulated by the pricing policy set by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. The total amount of the pre-order quoted in Singapore Dollars may subject to change without notice. However, the sales price at the time of conclusion of the purchase agreement will be the relevant one, i.e. the price to be paid at the time of handing over the ordered goods. It therefore may be the case that a price (also promotion prices) as at the time of the pre-order will no longer be valid at the time of collection. On the other hand, you might gain from a promotion or price reduction with regard to the product you ordered that may have been introduced subsequent to your pre-order and is still valid at the time of collection of the goods.

Which payment methods are available?
All goods must be paid for at pick-up. You can pay with cash as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, China Union Pay or NETS.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
After you place your order (or if you change your order), we will e-mail you a confirmation specifying the product, price and pick-up point.
The prices and total amount on the order will be in Singapore Dollars.
Where are the pick-up points?
Terminal 1: Perfumes & Cosmetics Central Store in Departure/Transit hall
Terminal 2: Perfumes & Cosmetics Mega Store in Departure/Transit hall
Terminal 3: Perfumes & Cosmetics Mega Store in Departure/Transit hall (opposite Central Immigration)
Budget Terminal: Perfumes & Cosmetics on Departure level

Can I exchange something I have bought at your shops? And what do I do if there's something wrong with it?
We will be pleased to exchange or replace any product you bought at our stores up to 14 days after original purchase, provided that it comes in the original packaging with the original receipt as proof of purchase - no questions asked.
If you discover that there is something wrong with a product you have bought which wasn't apparent when you first bought it, please send the item to our Customer Service and we'll refund the full purchase price.
What kind of product information is available?
Products that can be found online www.nuancewatson.com.sg contains details such as name, brand, size, and selling price (correct at time of upload).
As much as possible, we will try to provide as realistic a picture of the product, but for technical reasons we cannot guarantee that it will be an exact reproduction.
What happens if there is a change to my flight?
Should you have a change to your date of departure, date of arrival or airline, you must advise us of the new details so your purchases will still be there to meet you. Please e-mail our Customer Service Representative at

Can I bring liquid items bought from your shops onto my flight?
Yes, you can. Your purchases will be sealed in a special, plastic, transparent security tamper-evident bags (STEBs) bag that allows you to take it through the security checkpoints. And if you're flying back within 24 hours, you can take this bag on-board as carry-on baggage, as long as its seal remains intact.
