Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions exclusively govern the legal relationship between the user of the Website www.nuancewatson.com.sg (“you” or “your”) and Nuance-Watson (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”).

Pre-orders
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing a pre-order. With completion of the pre-order process the Terms and Conditions are regarded as having been accepted.

On www.nuancewatson.com.sg you can place non-binding pre-orders for duty free products, provided that you will be leaving on an international flight from Singapore Changi Airport. Despite the pre-order you will not be obliged to collect and pay for the goods. A purchase agreement will only be concluded by way of payment and delivery of the ordered products at the cash point of the Perfumes & Cosmetics Mega Stores at the airport.

However, in case of an apparent misuse of pre-orders we reserve the right to exclude the user from the Website.

To place pre-orders you have to register with www.nuancewatson.com.sg as user. Once we receive your registration information we will send you an e-mail requesting you to activate the registration. Following the successful activation you may proceed to place pre-orders.

Please note that online-orders have to be placed at least 72 hours prior to departure. If you are departing/arriving at Changi Airport in less than 72hours, you may like to call us directly at our Pre-order hotmail at +65 9735 3107 to place an order.

Prices
Prices in other currencies reflected in this website except SGD are for references only. Actual price based on latest exchange rate will be reflected when you collect the items at the stores.

Prices quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are deemed correct at time of upload. Prices quoted fluctuate monthly in accordance to currency movements as this is regulated by the pricing policy set by the Changi Airport Group. The total amount of the pre-order quoted in Singapore Dollars may subject to change without notice. However, the sales price at the time of conclusion of the purchase agreement will be the relevant one, i.e. the price to be paid at the time of handing over the ordered goods.

Prices in other currencies quoted on: www.nuancewatson.com.sg are only recommended prices in the respective currencies.

Payment and Passing over of Risk of Damage and Loss
All goods must be paid for upon collection. You may pay cash or with the following payment modes: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Diners, JCB, NETS and China Union Pay. The risk of damage and loss passes with the handing over of the products to you. Until such time as we receive full payment by you ownership of the products remains vested in us.

Products
Please note that our range of products is subject to change.
We cannot be held liable if a pre-ordered product is no longer available at the time of collection.

Collection of Pre-Ordered Products
Your pre-ordered products will be ready for collection and payment two days prior to the date of your departure at the �Pre-order pick-up point� (Mega stores located at Terminal 1, 2 and 3 Departure Transit halls, and Budget Terminal Departure store).

In case of change or cancellation of your flight the pre-order will still be available until 24 hours after the scheduled day of your departure.
Please note that due to customs regulations, we are not able to deliver the pre-orders that have not been collected.

Duty Free Allowance
The import of duty-free goods is subject to certain allowances granted by the country of your destination. It is your own responsibility to comply with the pertaining import regulations.

Security Regulations
Since November 2006, new regulations concerning liquids allowed on board of an aircraft have been in force. These rules are needed to protect you from the threat of liquid explosives. Goods out of Stock
If a product, contrary to expectations, cannot be made available due to difficulties in supply or security requirements, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.

Change or cancellation of Pre-Orders
Changes to pre-orders are possible until 72 hours prior to departure. Log into your account and your pre-orders will show under �all pre-orders�. Then click on the item of the pre-order you would like to change, then make the change, or add a product. You can delete a pre-order by clicking on the recycle bin symbol.

Inspection and Warranty
If for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly allow a return or exchange within 90 days from date of purchase. Please return the item for exchange in the original packaging or defect item to the store of purchase or to Nuance-Watson Singapore office. We regret that used items are not refundable/exchangeable.

Privacy
We are committed to treat any personal user and customer information in accordance with Singapore legislation on privacy and data protection.

www.nuancewatson.com.sg will pass on personal user and customer information to a third party only to the extent necessary to process the order. Any personal data will be strictly confidential.


Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. We reserve the right to institute an action with any other competent court of our own choice.

The prices quoted are retail prices, subject to price changes and errors. The information is, to our best knowledge and belief, accurate and up-to-date. However, we, our respective directors, executives, employees, advisors or shareholders, do not give a warranty that the information on this website is accurate or complete or that any of the products will meet the requirements.

We exclude any and all product liability to the extent permitted by law. The suppliers/manufacturers remain liable for the products as set out in their respective terms and conditions.
